The lights are on
Rayman Legends, the formerly Wii U exclusive platformer, was delayed seven months earlier this year, but according to Rayman creator Michel Ancel, the team is using the extra time wisely.
Official Nintendo Magazine published an excerpt from an upcoming interview with Ancel on its website where he talks about what the team has been doing with the extra time, and what he thought of the fan backlash when the delay was announced. Michel said, "I wasn't shocked, but it was really hard for us. Of course, there are more important issues and problems in the world but we worked really hard to make something and were so involved, it was difficult for us and the fans."
As far as the new content goes, Ancel said the team has been able to add 30 new levels and several new bosses with the extra time.
Rayman Legends is coming to Wii U, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 this September.

Sounds like a good tradeoff.
30 levels is quite impressive. I'm still really looking forward to this game.
Definitely will help heal the wounds of Rayman fans.
I know that I was pretty disappointed with the delay, but really, this is a pretty sweet apology. 30 new levels is awesome. And new boss battles? I hope that the delay was actually worth it in the end for the game's sake. It was still a stupid PR stunt and I don't like how Ubisoft handled it, though.
Sounds like day one DLC. Hopefully, all the content will be included in box, but the current industry standards would make this an exception to the DLC rule.
This is still ***, but that is an awful lot of levels. It's just too bad Ubisoft decided to sink the game before it even launched. They're letting them put in another 7 months of hard work, just to see it fall by the wayside of the more prominent games being released that quarter.
Still a bad move
well that's good at least...for the people complaining imo i think its better that rayman reaches more than one platform due the ability to find more users, and make rayman more successfull therefore more games
Well at least the delay comes with something positive.
Still have mine preordered!! Cant wait for the NEW Demo!!
