The lights are on
Disney has announced that games based on the upcoming animated film Disney's Planes are coming in August. If you aren't gaming on a Nintendo console, however, you're going to have to cool your jets.
Disney's Planes will be arriving August 6 on the Wii, Wii U, DS, and 3DS systems, three days before the movie hits theaters. The film is set in the skies above the Cars universe, following a scrappy crop-duster voiced by Dane Cook. The game includes a story mode, racing mini games, and balloon-popping challenges. Console gamers can pilot one of 10 characters, and also explore the world in a free-flight and air-rally modes. On handheld, the cast shrinks down to six playable planes and offers an exclusive challenge mode.

Look like a crappy tie in game. No loss.
Not a very impressive exclusive, but good news anyway. I guess.
Except for the Dane Cook part.
I don't have very high hopes for this one. The movie will probably be funny though.
Boats demo inside Plane game. This is a bit disappointing considering all the bad news surrounding the Wii U as of late. Nintendo, just make a kick arse RPG named Leave Luck To Heaven.
Can you say Disney® Pilotwings?
This is seriously a movie?
So it's the flight game from Wii Sports Island, but with more stuff added to it.
Why Nintendo?! WHY?! WHY ARE YOU LETTING DISNEY DO THIS BULL CRAP TO YOUR SYSTEM?!?!
we lose Rayman legends put no worries we have Disney's PLANES to make up for that.
THIS is the killer app Nintendo needs to sell the Wii U.
