The lights are on
The recent release of BioShock Infinite has many editors busy this weekend, but some other games are creeping into their weekend plans as well.
Ben Hanson: I'm so glad that I finished BioShock Infinite last night and am now hunting down spoilers on the Internet instead of fearing them. This weekend I'm planning on playing some more Luigi's Mansion and Lego City Undercover, both brilliant and both wildly different from BioShock. Other than that, I think I'm going to Dan's apartment tonight to play some Walking Dead: Survival Instinct and/or Jersey Devil for the PlayStation 1. Don't ask.
Jeff Marchiafava: While everyone else is playing BioShock Infinite this weekend, I’ll be playing more Tomb Raider. Lara Croft’s latest adventure has successfully snapped me out of the gaming slump I’ve been in for the past few weeks – turns out running around an island pillaging ancient tombs and shooting people in the head with arrows is just what the doctor ordered. Actually, I’m pretty sure no doctor has ever ordered that – if one has, they should definitely have their medical license revoked.
Andrew Reiner: My first order of business is to finish up BioShock Infinite. Next up, hours upon hours of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate on Wii U. I also hope to watch Lincoln, and the first episode of Continuum this weekend.
Louis Garcia: I’m going to be quite busy this weekend with both Game Informer and newspaper work, but I’m going to try my hardest to get a handful of hours in with BioShock Infinite. I’m only three hours in (and those are very slow, look-at-everything hours), but I’m enjoying it. My hunting buddies might lure me away from it for some Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate on the Wii U. I suppose I do have to bag me some Barioth to craft my favorite switch axe.
Completed Infinite over the week, so will be away from the Playstation for a while. Seeing the new Danny Boyle movie, Trance (I live in the UK) and seeing friends for Easter.
going to play Diablo 3 co-op with my girl, some amra 3 alpha wasteland mode with my fiends and some Luigis Manison 2 ...and yeahh Bioshock Infinite was great!
Playing through Bioshock Infinite again. Maybe a third time immediately after. Pretty sure "Will the Circle Be Unbroken" will be stuck in my head for the rest of the year.
Finally finished Dishonored yesterday, so I'll probably mainly play multiplayer stuff with my friends this weekend. Although I may try to get back into GTA 4, plus I got the new Pokemon Mystery Dungeon last week, so...
Well hopefully i'll have some time Saturday to play some Bioshock Infinite, and that game has sparked the idea of buying the Bioshock 1 and 2 collection. I also plan on flying this weekend around the area, and skydiving...Turns out jumping out of an airplane at 7 in the morning is the best alarm clock...or worst nightmare!
I'll also be messing around with Forge Island on Halo 4...How in the world do I use this green screen?
I'll be playing a lot of OverRun in Gears: Judgement, and some Midnight Club. I'd also like to get back into Need for Speed: Most Wanted and play some FIFA 13. I'll be picking up MLB 13: The Show for PS3 this weekend as well.
My number one priority this weekend is to wrap up Bioshock Infinite. I also hopefully will be able to sink some time into Gears of War Judgement's Overrun mode.
I'm replaying Dragon Age: Origins on PC. I can't believe how much of an improvement it is over the PS3 version.
I will finally be playing Half Life 2 nine years later. Other than that, I'll be finishing Runner2 and play some more Zen Pinball 2.
I'll be playing more Bioshock Infinite, and hopefully beating it. Otherwise I'm going to try to play Uncharted and see if my PS3 freezes up again, or if it'll let me actually play for more than a few minutes. I'm also wanting to finish my first playthrough of The Walking Dead and maybe put some more time into Paper Mario. We'll just have to see.
I'm going to beat Bioshock Infinite, great game just wish it wasn't so short. I'll probably also beat Luigi's Mansion: DM as well. I picked up Hitman: Absolution for a great deal on Steam so I'll be getting into that more, and when my family comes over for Easter tomorrow I'm probably gonna get high with my cousin and play some GoW: Ascension MP seeing how its a double XP weekend and all
Playing through Bioshock Infinite, doubt I'll beat it but it's pretty good so far. Maybe some Guild Wars 2 and League of Legends.
I'll probably finish BioShock this weekend. And if so, I might finally start playing MGS Peace Walker HD.
Bioshock Infinite, some Gears, Blk Ops 2, and some Halo 4 if I can squeeze it in. But I'm more into playing games on my new XL. So far playing Fire Emblem on the bigger screen is awesome. Can't wait to try out Mario Kart 7!
