The lights are on
The recent release of BioShock Infinite has many editors busy this weekend, but some other games are creeping into their weekend plans as well.
Ben Hanson: I'm so glad that I finished BioShock Infinite last night and am now hunting down spoilers on the Internet instead of fearing them. This weekend I'm planning on playing some more Luigi's Mansion and Lego City Undercover, both brilliant and both wildly different from BioShock. Other than that, I think I'm going to Dan's apartment tonight to play some Walking Dead: Survival Instinct and/or Jersey Devil for the PlayStation 1. Don't ask.
Jeff Marchiafava: While everyone else is playing BioShock Infinite this weekend, I’ll be playing more Tomb Raider. Lara Croft’s latest adventure has successfully snapped me out of the gaming slump I’ve been in for the past few weeks – turns out running around an island pillaging ancient tombs and shooting people in the head with arrows is just what the doctor ordered. Actually, I’m pretty sure no doctor has ever ordered that – if one has, they should definitely have their medical license revoked.
Andrew Reiner: My first order of business is to finish up BioShock Infinite. Next up, hours upon hours of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate on Wii U. I also hope to watch Lincoln, and the first episode of Continuum this weekend.
Louis Garcia: I’m going to be quite busy this weekend with both Game Informer and newspaper work, but I’m going to try my hardest to get a handful of hours in with BioShock Infinite. I’m only three hours in (and those are very slow, look-at-everything hours), but I’m enjoying it. My hunting buddies might lure me away from it for some Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate on the Wii U. I suppose I do have to bag me some Barioth to craft my favorite switch axe.
Continuum is an amazing show Reiner! I hope you enjoy.
A lot more Skyrim, and perhaps I will actually start the Uncharted 2 campaign. I've been playing the multiplayer for months!
Finish Bioshock Infinite,Crysis 3, and Tomb Raider
Hopefully finishing up Bioshock Infinite, or playing Far Cry 3. Both are spectacular in their own rights. First world problems.
AC3, Forza Horizon and hoping my NCAA teams win tonight. Also new Who tomorrow so after a few months its time to actually watch a tv series.
THE WALKING DEAD SEASON 3 FINALE
I'm going to break in my new Wii with Skyward Sword.
Trying to 100% Far Cry 3. I got to 98% in my second playthrough earlier before running into a glitch with the trials of the Rakyat. So now I have to go back to my first playthrough and recollect all the artifacts and stuff.
With my last weekend of freedom before spring break's end, I'm eager to use my gaming time to the max. I'm already at the end of playing Captain America: Super Soldier for a platinum and hoping I can get back to my playthrough of Xenoblade Chronicles and finally give my Wii U some use again. I'm also giving my 3DS some use and am right in the middle of Paper Mario Sticker and plan on doing some multi-player this weekend. However, I may just proudly wave around the Lego Master Sword I made and experiment some more with some Master Chief artwork I've been making. Would love to have Lego City or Luigi a lot more. To gaming!
Will be diving into the amazing world that is Coumbia in Bioshock Infinite.
Also will squeeze in some God of War: Ascension Multiplayer, seeing as its Double XP Weekend.
I'm going to finally finish Final Fantasy VIII. It's the only game in the series I haven't beaten. If I do finish it, I'm going to fool around with my buddies in Gears of War: Judgement or play some more BioShock Infinite.
Will be finishing up Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker since I want to know what happens to lead into MGS V! oh and everyone should play Bioshock. Best game I've ever played.
Battlefield 3 with a friend from high school who goes to college across the state, working on a mass effect series playthrough to play 3 with all the DLC for the first time (currently about a third through 2, still love the series), then an easter ham with the family and girlfriend (thank you for having superpowers jesus) and TWD finale.
also want to watch Lincoln as well
Game of Thrones season three premiere; pretty much it.
Possibly finishing up Tomb Raider, continuing a co-op run with a co-worker on Dead Space 3, and, surprise surprise, BioShock Infinite.
Just finished Bio shock and it is truly a masterpiece in gaming. Not only design but story, gameplay, the whole nine. The ending alone, which I will not spoil, had me stunned for moments unlike any game I've played. 10 out of 10
