The lights are on
According to an interview on videogamer.com with Battlefield 4's creative director, Lars Gustavsson, Battlefield 4 won't be coming to Wii U.
When asked if it was purely a business decision, or if was due to the technical limitations of Nintendo's console, Gustavsson said that it was more a matter or making sure the team could deliver a quality game without having to stretch themselves thin and spend time learning how to program on the Wii U.

Major hit against the console IMO. You cannot really deny that.
Good, keep that EA crap off of the WiiU
This isn't good news, as fewer games is never a good thing, but we shouldn't pretend this would have moved Wii U consoles or that the Wii U version would have been a bestseller.
I actually might have gotten it had it been on the WiiU. But I'm not really into Battlefield so this doesn't really bother me.
I can see why they wouldn't though, It's kinda risky right now. Though I'd want the mass effect trilogy to hit the system.
Ironically, I seem to not too long ago hearing that the Wii U is supposedly very easy to program for.
So... they don't want to spend time to learn how to program on a brand new system that will be around for years to come? Smart move.
Eh, I'll just get it on PC.
So take your bets guys. What's the next game not coming to the WiiU that's gonna be announced?
Not surprising I guess.
dont care im buying it for 360 and its successor. take my money DICE im throwing it at you
No one with a WiiU would buy this anyways. Black Ops 2 is pretty dead on the WiiU. Keep your generic shooters. We don't need them. Now I would like some GTAV on the WiiU.
How is it going to be a quality game on the 360 and PS3? If anything it's going to look exactly like BF3 with a different Single Player Campaign and no Co-Op *sigh*
