The lights are on
Minecraft developer Mojang is gearing up for the release of its card battling game Scrolls, starting with a beta next month.
The PC beta will be offered at a discounted price at the end of April, according to a Polygon interview with Jakob Porser, Mojang co-founder and Scrolls designer. Porser says that the company wants to take a similar trajectory as Minecraft, which not only released as a discounted beta, but was also well supported after players' initial purchase.

Hello (first first)
Err... this doesn't look very good. Sorry. Not interested.
And besides, too many card games out there.
about damn time, my excitement for this is long gone, still going to try it though for sure
It looks... alright.
I'll jump into the beta, why not! If it's half as good as Minecraft, it should be fun.
I really enjoyed Minecraft, and I have been waiting a long time for Mojang's next game. I don't like card based video games, and this looks kinda boring too. Hopefully Mojang can expand upon what they did with minecraft a create a sequel.
Will this come packaged with Skyrim's DLC? that would be great.
Looks like a rip from might and magic.
Nothing against card-battling, but more console games please!
