Sony Shows Off Six Minutes Of Rain

by Jeff Marchiafava on Mar 25, 2013 at 12:10 PM

Sony revealed Japan Studio's upcoming PSN title Rain back at last year's Gamescom, but has been relatively quiet about the project ever since. Today, the company is giving players a six-minute look at the first chapter from the game.

Rain is being developed by PlayStation C.A.M.P., an offshoot of Japan Studio known for its recent work on Tokyo Jungle. Its newest game looks no less unique, placing players in the shoes of an invisible boy who can only be seen in the rain. Last week Sony released a few new stills of Rain, but today's video gives players a better idea of what to expect from the gameplay, as the waterlogged protagonist gets chased through the rainy streets by monsters while trying to find another invisible character, a lost girl.

Rain is coming to PlayStation 3 sometime in 2013.
