The lights are on
BioWare Edmonton – the studio that gave us the Mass Effect franchise – is working on a new game set in its own fictional universe.
According to IGN, at PAX East Casey Hudson, executive producer of the Mass Effect series, said that the studio is working on a new franchise and its attendant universe. Clearly, the studio hopes it will be a multi-game outing.
As for the Mass Effect series, it's currently being handled by BioWare Montreal.

It should take place in the Wild West. :P
Hopefully we'll see it at E3. Something completely new from a BioWare studio is always exciting. Unless it's something other than an RPG.
Fantasy then Sci-Fi. Maybe dip their hands into Steampunk or some other kind of mashup?
Maybe it will be the spy/rpg they hinted at a while ago.
Very cool, cannot wait to see what they have to show. Maybe at E3?
I'm intrigued, but I hope it's an RPG in the mold of Jade Empire or KOTOR. I'm not saying that I wouldn't play it if it wasn't, but I'd be disappointed.
Casey Hudson tends to lie.
Yawn... Casey hudson... Good luck with that... RGB the shizzzle out of that new IP!
