The lights are on
The PlayStation 3 update to the world's most polarizing survival horror game (according to Guinness) is about a month away. Here's a new trailer.
You might love Deadly Premonition, or you might hate it, but it's unlikely that you fall somewhere in the middle. There's a reason it holds the Guinness world record mentioned above. If you didn't get around to the game when it released for the Xbox 360, not might be the time to start getting excited about it. Or angry about it.

i had always wanted to play this, and now, watching this trailer, i want to even more. i have it on preorder and can't wait...except i CAN wait...because of bioshock infinite.
Ok, it's about time I finish the Brad/Ryan Endurance Run (VJ was my main).
I watched the GiantBomb Endurance Run playthrough of this game. I might have to buy this. Who knows if I'll actually get the chance to play the entire thing, but I love so much about it, and I think the gameplay mechanics have been modernized to make the game way more functionally playable.
Besides I feel compelled to support these guys, just so that hopefully more things like this might exist. Pretty much the same reason that I bought Dark Souls on every platform. I like to support developers who take chances.
Now I'm jealous I can't play it again for the first time.
Still not going light on spoilers, I see.
Interesting trailer. It looks alright.
Agent York looks like the Secret Apprentice in a business suit to me.
i played this when it first came out...basically what everyone is saying is correct...great game but with obvious flaws, pretty lengthy too for a horror game...anyone on the fence about this game should definitly get it
Wow, this is actually the best trailer for any version of Deadly Premonition.
The trailer wasn't very enticing, and the game looks pretty rough still. So much for the supposed graphical improvements.
Still, if they manage to bandage this up to a playable level, I may check it out.
I wonder if Phil 'The Traitor' Kollar is going to do a review for this version.
