The lights are on
The first season of Telltale's critically acclaimed zombie
adventure game is bound for Vita, according to a new report.
In an interview with IGN, PlayStation director of product
planning and platform software innovation (how's that for a title?) Don Mesa
said that the entire first season of The Walking Dead will be released for Vita
He went on to say, ""Having
[a studio] like Telltale, a very successful indie developer, coming in to
support us sends a strong message."
It's certainly good news for
Vita owners, as the game should translate well to the handheld, which features
a vibrant touch-screen display.

Very cool, i wonder if its a cross buy game...
Super excited for this. I've already beaten it on PC but I wouldnt mind getting it for my Vita and going through it again. Hopefully this means Season 2 will be on Vita as well!
Sweet! Maybe this means that the second season will release simultaneously for Vita. Then, if it had cross-saves or cross-buy, I could just take the game with me and continue my journey.
I want a vita and they are starting to get some good games now, but I need to save for the ps4. I would love a vita to play the assassin's creed games, uncharted GA, and a few others. Plus now with this and final fantasy 10, I might want to give them a try on it since I never played either
omg! i cant wait! i played the demo but never got it the game... now i can play it on the go! thank you!
I really hope this isn't what Telltale meant by "more Walking Dead before season 2."
I would have jumped on it when it released but as some have already mentioned, this game is practically available on everything. I finished it twice on PC (also, doesn't take a beast of a gaming PC to play) and really, I have no desire or see a point to get it again.
I agree, it should translate well, though. The thing is, if people haven't taken advantage of who knows how many times this complete season went on sale on various platforms, and just so happen to own a Vita, then maybe.
Now that's really cool. The touch screen will be a huge benefit.
If they release the second season to Vita at the same time as the PC next time I might actually choose the Vita-version.
Hope they bring the physical copy over. Dont think I have enough Vta space to download the entire season.
Wonder if that means I have to buy it again or if my digital copy will just work on both...
my roomate's step-aunt makes $60 every hour on the laptop. She has been unemployed for seven months but last month her pay was $13388 just working on the laptop for a few hours. Read more on this site... www.miniurl.com/.../work-at-home
While I'm not sure I'd play a portable version of the season I've already experienced, I do think it would be a great fit for the Vita.
