The lights are on
Tomb Raider's global brand director, Karl Stewart, confirmed on a Reddit AMA thread that there are currently no plans to create single-player focused DLC for the game.
Currently, the only DLC plans for Tomb Raider are for multiplayer additions. If you reserved the game before its release, you received a special extra tomb. Because of this, adding additional puzzle focused tombs to the game seemed like something that would be in the game's future, but it looks like that is not the case.

Bummer that they aren't planning any single player DLC but if you read the AMA you'll see gave some very strong hints towards a sequel, so I'm stoked for that
Great game and all, but after you get 100% I found no incentive to go back and play the game more. The multiplayer was Uncharted 3 with less content (not really a bad thing). I find this deeply disappointing. The story and campaign was where this game truly shined.
Herp, let's not release DLC for the critically claimed Sp. No, we need DLC maps. People totally play and love Tomb Raider's MP...
I'm not actually that surprised.
This is disappointing. I was really hoping they would create new tombs and release that as a single-player DLC.
No one is going to buy the MP DLC.
I have to admit this is a bit disappointing cause when you have a great game sure its fine without DLC but you're still wanting a bit more of the adventure. But then when the inevitable sequel comes out they would also be tasked with trying to tie the DLC into the story in a manner that would both enhance the story and experience for those that played it while not leaving anything out of the story for the offline players. Still disappointing though T_T
