The lights are on
Final Fantasy V, one of the most highly regarded entries in the Final Fantasy franchise, is heading to Japanese iOS and Android devices.
The game will be available in Japan for iOS devices at the end of the month, with an Android version planned for the Summer. The mobile version will be based on the Game Boy Advance version of the game with somewhat updated graphics as seen above.
There is no news for a North American release yet, but hopefully we'll get an announcement soon. We need a good mobile Final Fantasy after Square Enix's last release.

I want 6!!!!
I really liked Final Fantasy V with the unique job class system and epic story it is a great game.
I can honestly say at least another FF title is getting some sort of treatment. I would honestly consider getting this one and if they do FF 6 just like this, even better.
If only it were here...
