Deus Ex: Human Revolution For Wii U Coming Soon

by Matthew Kato on Mar 20, 2013 at 04:23 AM

Update: Square Enix has just announced Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut for the Wii U, and it's coming out soon.

The company wouldn't give an exact date for the game's release, but did say that it will use the Miiverse, feature developer commentaries and in-game help guides, as well as overhaul the controversial boss fights, make other gameplay and visual improvements, and include Tong's Rescue mission and the Missing Link DLC chapter.

Original Story: There has been a lot of indications that Square Enix still has plans for the Deus Ex franchise, and that may include action on the Wii U.

Joystiq has the news that online retailer Amazon has a listing for a Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut, including a May 7 release date and promises of additional content. The GamePad will apparently be used with a new augmentation called a Neural Hub.

There have been a few Deus Ex stirrings recently, from a trademark for what appears to be a film called Deus Ex: Human Defiance to website domain registries for Deus Ex: The Fall.
