The lights are on
New images have been released on Sony’s Japanese website, showing off some possible in-game environments and enemies.
Rain was revealed at Gamescom as a PlayStation Network game last year. Developed by Sony’s Japan studio, the platformer puts players in the role of an invisible boy who can only be seen in the rain.
To see the game’s trailer, go here. Look carefully below in the image gallery to spot characters that show up when it’s raining.
Scarce details aside, what are your initial thoughts about Rain?
This is the first time this game has been brought to my attention, but sound interesting, and looks pretty good
This game looks so great, even from what little we've seen about it. ^_^
Something different for once. I like it
exactly where IS Waldo? soaking wet, that's where.
Can not wait to play this
I love all these different game ideas that are being implemented into games now. Not just the same old mechanics; bringing something new to gaming.
Looks pretty good. The concept sounds cool.
I forgot this game got announced. Puppeteer was the one that looked awesome. This looks lame.
Remember when "shadow people" was the hot thing in sidescrollers, like, 2 years ago? Games like Lost in Shadow and Limbo? This seems like an effort to find the next "indie darling" idea. But it just looks lame. Empty, boring, dreary environments are not helping.
The environments look pretty nice. It's a very interesting concept for a game; something different for a change.
A whole game based in the France level of MGS4...
Excited to see more about this.
It looks creepy, but I am very interested to learn more.
Weird, but possibly very cool. Who knows, could be the next Journey.
