The lights are on
The newest chapter of the Gears of War series hits store shelves this Tuesday, and you'll probably see reviews for it popping up any minute now. However, you won't see Game Informer's just yet.
If you've paid attention to any gaming sites over the last couple of weeks, you may have heard about a rocky online launch or two (ok, one big one in particular). Considering the Gears series has a heavy focus on multiplayer, we want to make sure that the online experience is playable and solid before we assign a definitive score to the game as a whole. Because of that, you'll have to wait a couple more days before you see our thoughts on the new Epic shooter. Keep an eye on the site on Tuesday evening, as that's when it will most likely be posted.

*gives GI two thumbs up*
Wheres the Monster Hunter Ultimate review?
They keep doing that; not that it's a bad thing at all though.
I look forward to GI's review,I'm getting the game regardless of the score
Im hoping gears on next gen consoles will be a little different, Im hoping they take the series in a new direction. Im sure this will be a quality release like all other epic games though, they need to hurry up with unreal tournament 4!
i need to know lol
Happening a lot recently, eh?
I don't know if its the same, but I've been playing the Early access over the weekend, and really haven't had any connection issues.
Most of reviews agrees that it is a very week entry. Kotaku even said it is not worth $60
... I hope this isn't a Bad Omen.
I hope the game is good! I'll be tuning in for your livestream Tuesplay.
This is ignorant. Realistically, so there is no bias you should post your review in 6 months... after the servers and game modes have been further refined and tuned to optimal settings. Redunkulous. You're essentially grading them on only the launch period which in no way, shape, or form be comparable to long term product.
