The lights are on
Set your calendars to come back to GameInformer.com on the evening of March 26th for up-to-the-minute coverage of EA and DICE's impending Battlefield 4 announcement.
Lucky invitees will descend upon the AMC Metreon in San Francisco during GDC later this month for a presentation that we assume is the first look at the next installment of the successful shooter franchise, given the giant Battlefield 4 logo that adorns the invitation (pictured).
What are you hoping for out of the announcement?

I love the BF series for it's slightly more realistic take on how guns shoot, how sniping works, how suppression works. But if this game isn't on next-gen AND doesn't have more than 24 players total on the maps count me out. I think even 16v16 would be nice but would greatly welcome 32v32
for it to be released on this gen wich im pretty sure will happen sense if u bought moh u get access to the beta, and 64 player console multiplayer would be awsome
I'm officially burned out on military shooters, and frankly I'm tired of half assed campaigns that just seem tacked onto the multiplayer in order to round out the $60 for the game. Here's hoping that the next gen will bring a much needed change to the genre.
