The lights are on
According to a report out of Korea, you can add Mega Man Online to the list of cancelled games in the franchise.
Kotaku has a report from Korean website This is Game which contains a statement from an official with the game's developer Neowiz that apparently says Capcom and the developer decided to drop the project last November. While it is believed that game was only intended for South Korea, fans can't like that there's another cancelled Mega Man game after Mega Man Legends 3 and Mega Man Universe.
For a look at the game in happier times, check out this trailer, as well as take a look at Tim's cool celebration of the series' 25th anniversary.

Mega Man gets the short stick once more.
At this point fan-made and fan-hacks of MM roms are infinity better than anything Capcom can do with the franchise.
Wow, Mega Man's blacklisted or something. . .
Just make Legends 3 for the PS3 and 360 and release 1 and 2 as HD collection... Why is this so hard to do? Capcom give fans what we want stop making these nonsense games that fail
CAPCOM SUCKS BALLSSSSS. No Mega Man games, Monster Hunter only on Nintendo, WTF I see that they hav pretty much tossed us fans to the side. Damn at least we seen a few Mega Man titles Before Kenji Inafune left. Tsk tsk tsk. Not really supporting CAPCOM anymore.
one word... WHYYYYYYYYYY!
I can feel the fresh wounds, except capcom is insisting to use salt rather that rubbing alcohol.
wasn't this canceled a long time ago?
PS. If you haven't seen the trailer

Poor Mega Man can't get a break
It's so crazy that while every other publisher/developer is pushing for sequels to everything Capcom keeps cancelling anything Mega Man. I was really looking forward to Mega Man Legends 3 and I'm still pretty bitter.
Haha :3 oh well. at least I got my zero games for DS
