The lights are on
Daud was the assassin that set the events of Dishonored in motion, and the game's new DLC – The Knife of Dunwall – lets you step into his shoes.
The DLC hits on April 16 ($9.99 on PS3/Steam or 800 Microsoft Points) where you'll play as Daud, re-living the events in the beginning of the game from his perspective, as well as search for the mysterious Delilah.
Daud's arsenal is different than Corvo's, complete with new weapons (like stun mines) and Outsider powers (like Summon Assassin).
The Knife of Dunwall will also feature new areas of Dunwall such as the Legal District and Rothwild Slaughterhouse, which is filled with giant whale carcasses.
Your adventures as Daud offer a light/dark path, and will conclude in a future add-on called The Brigmore Witches.

Well hopefully Daud will not become a silent protagonist in this dlc.
Awesome yes. And I remember them registering the Brigmore Witches domain and everyone thinking it was Dishonored 2...
Cool. I would really like to see a DLC with a super high level difficulty available in new game plus mode. So you have all of your tools and upgrades at your disposal, but you really have to know how to use them to succeed. The game just got too easy towards the end, with your god-like powers and gear.
I have been waiting for this.
I have something wrong with me. I should like the game, but I don't :(
Sounds great. I'm excited to see more whales.
I was hoping the full fledged next game would be based on Daud as a prequel. I guess they could still do that but with this DLC and if the other is based on him too it seems like they're trying to wrap his story up.
This is one of my favorite games!!!! Lord do I love it.
Looking forward it this.
I need to finish the game. Damn you Assassin's Creed 3 and Tomb Raider! Your amazing story lines make me want to play you over and over again!
Still want to try this game, too many other games to start/finish right now. Hopefully there will be a DLC bundled version by the time I get around to it.
Any reason to get back into Dunwall is a viable one for me!
