The lights are on
NetherRealm's upcoming DC fighting game Injustice: Gods Among Us isn't even out yet,
but there is already information leaking about possible DLC for the game. After
the German wing of Amazon revealed that a DLC pack called "Blackest Night"
would be a preorder bonus for users who purchased through the site, now we see
the surfacing of a promotional video for the Blackest Night DLC.
Gaming site Joystiq observed that the DLC is based on the "Blackest
Night" comic run by renowned writer Geoff Johns, in which many popular DC
character rise from the dead. In the trailer below, you can clearly see what
appears to be a zombie verison of Batman.

So Zombie mode is just comestic?
I cannot stand zombies, and quite frankly, I am SICK AND TIRED of them. This is not a zombie, per se, but its based from the Black Lantern Batman when he "died", and was "given" a black ring from Black Hand. What would have been better was seeing the White Lantern version of Batman.
DLC.... why not stock in game.
Geoff Johns is a writer not an artist, Ivan Reis is the artist for Blackest Night.
Isn't this old news? This was announced as a Best Buy preorder bonus a long time ago.
Hey, I heard a rumor that if you preorder from Gamestop you get bonus skins and missions from Red Son.
I think some critics of this are ignoring the fact that there is comic context here. It's not like NetherRealm just said, "Hey, let's make them zombies!" It's inspired by a rather popular story arc, which is awesome. It's called fan service & I love it.
dat could just be arkham city's mad hatter batman
one the best fighting games of this year
The first thing I thought after seeing the picture above was "Daredevil Batman."
Oh look, another piece of DLC that could have actually gone into the game but was ripped out to make more money...
