The lights are on
Linus Blomberg, co-founder of Avalanche Studios, developer of the Just Cause series, is impressed by the PlayStation 4. He claims that the new hardware will out-power most PCs for a long time.
Speaking with GamingBolt.com, Blomberg had a lot of nice things to say about Sony's recently revealed home console. He called it the perfect combination of mobile and console gaming with its social-networking features, but more surprisingly, he said most PCs won't be able to compete with the system any time soon. Blomberg said, "I’m glad Sony decided to go with 8GB RAM because it means that the PS4 will out-power most PCs for years to come."
PCs have historically been a few steps ahead of home consoles, often more, but that gap has gotten smaller and smaller. Do you think the PlayStation 4 will able to stay ahead of PCs?
