The lights are on
Today we received a special shipment Johnson Arms. Inside was a modified Nerf gun made to look like one of the cutting-edge sniper rifles in City Interactive's upcoming Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2. The creation comes from prop maker Brian Johnson. Check out our photos of the gun for a better look at the detailing and some awesome action shots of Ben Reeves.
When we took the gun out of the box it was in two pieces: the body and the extended barrel. After attaching the barrel, we fiddled with the clip until we discovered it wasn't removable. The top opens, however, offering a one-shot, one-kill toy. The firepower of the Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 pales in comparison to other, more brightly colored Nerf guns in the office, but it's definitely a good-looking prop. Keep reading for a better look at it.
Here it is laying on a skateboard.
A close up on the logo and some of the weathering effects.
And another glorious shot of Ben Reeves lining up the kill.

I'd like to believe that's Ben Reeve's "Nice to meetcha" face.
That barrel better be aimed at someone's butt, cause if not Ben's not using the gun to its full potential.
If you have the priming bar in the back position, that magazine will come out for ya :)
Glad you are enjoying it and thank you for the cool write-up!
Gotta get those Elite darts guys, clearly Nerf novices.
Now that's a face that make make men soil themselves in fear and only a mother could love. I kid, of course, Ben Reeves has a face like a cherub.
That's pretty awesome. I wonder if it was custom made by Nerf, or by the developer using a Nerf gun and extra parts?
Awesome. Ben looks like he's auditioning for a Gears of War cover art image xD
