The lights are on
NIS America announced Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness, The Guided Fate Paradox, and Time and Eternity for PlayStation 3 for this upcoming year.
Disgaea Dimension 2: A Brighter Darkness
Disgaea Dimension 2: A Brighter Darkness is a direct sequel to the first game in the series that returns the popular characters Laharl, Etna, and Flonne. NIS claims the character creation system allows the highest level of customization in the series history. The player also has the power to choose the master and pupil and their assigned skills. Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness is scheduled to come out this fall, with DLC support following the release.
The Guided Fate Paradox
As the spiritual successor to Z.H.P. Unlosing Ranger Vs. Darkdeath Evilman, The Guided Fate Paradox is a new take on the roguelike RPG. You play as Renya Kagurazaka, a lucky high school student who won ottery and is rewarded with god-like powers. According to the press release, Renya must create change in the Copy World to fulfill people's wishes and desires in Original World. The game features in-depth customization, randomly generated dungeons, and artwork from manga artist Noizi. The game is scheduled for a fall release.
Time and Eternity
Time and Eternity is a hand-drawn RPG where you play a character who witnesses his own death at his wedding and must travel back in time to find the killer to prevent it. NIS America will also release DLC for Time and Eternity after its debut this summer.

It all sounds pretty good, dood. I just wish that some of these were also on Vita.
Awesome, I was hoping Tokitowa would find its way to Europe or North America.
Time and Eternity sounds awesome.
I will definitely be buying Time and Eternity. It looks incredible.

Either way... Dear NIS, shutupandtakemymoney.jpg
These look interesting, will be fun to see how the story goes on them.
I'm definitely getting Disgaea because that series is awesome. Time and Eternity looks interesting though I heard it had a mixed reception in Japan.
I'm still waiting for Witch and the Hundred Knights.
And they all look lovely ;p great news
NIS all the way!!
Hmm...
Very interested in The Guided Fate Paradox. Will be keeping an eye on that game.
How interesting, I just changed my Avatar (on here and PSN) to a favorite Disgaea character and was in the mood to play an Atlus game and here is news of a new Disgaea game? Oh hell yes.
I need to play new rpg games whoo : D
Time & Eternity has interested me since Siliconera first mentioned it. I LOVE that they decided to use HD sprites instead of 3D models for the characters - give it a real, true anime feeling. And, in general, just do something unique in the industry. We should always take a look back at older ways of doing things with newer tech - look how good Skullgirls, KOF and Blazblue look? Going back to sprites with today's tech lets you really nail animation quality in ways the SNES and Saturn never could. Oh but GI, the main character of Time & Eternity is THE GIRL who witnesses HER HUSBAND'S DEATH. You don't play as the guy...
The other two games, I'm totally cold on. Never dug Disgaea - it's humor is waaaay too otaku for me ("That penguin spells it, 'Dood' and says, 'Panties' - HAR HAR! It's OUTRAGEOUS because it's so JAPANESE!" Ugh - choke on a pocky stick you cat-ears wearing buffoon...). As for the other game, I have no clue. But I know I don't care about dungeon crawlers. So y'know... I don't care.
all three games for PS3...therefore, im getting three!
