ZeniMax Trademarks Dishonored Themed Titles

ZeniMax has trademarked "The Brigmore Witches" and "Void Walker’s Arsenal," both of which could be related to Dishonored.

The Brigmore Witches was referenced among Dishonored's plethora of literature. The Void Walker's Arsenal is a little more ambiguous. Corvo explored an area called The Void on a few occasions in Dishonored. It was where he met The Outsider, and often received new powers.

These new trademarks could very well have nothing to do with Dishonored. Alternatively though, it could be hints at upcoming DLC, or maybe even expanded projects based on the property.

While it's true Bethesda said Dishonored is going to be a new franchise, I think this is gonna be Dishonored DLC. It's too early for a new title unless of course you are EA or Activision. Which I'm glad they're not.

"The Brigmore Witches" sounds like story DLC and "Void Walker's Arsenal" sounds like a weapon/power pack.

i sure hope its content for just this game, i dont want anything rushed out. the game is too good to soil it now. really diggin the lore so anything they add to it should be delightful

I submitted this a few days ago, but I said Skyrim DLC. I found it by going to uspto.gov. A few minutes after I submitted I realized it was Dishonored DLC as there is a Brigmore Manor in Dishonored. They filed it on the 13th so that website was wrong in the filing date.

They said that Dishonored was gonna become a new video-game franchise, so that wouldn't be totally unexpected. Curious that they're doing it so fast. Maybe they're already making a Dishonored 2 as we speak?

I hope its DLC. I dont want to see another Dishonored game for 3 years. I'm saying this out of love for the game mind you. Too many great franchises are being ruined by annual releases. Arkane has created an intricate and interesting world that is ripe for DLC to hold us over until the next game is announced.
