by Tim Turi on Feb 19, 2013 at 05:13 AM

Capcom previously announced its plans to bring '80s-era arcade classics to PSN and XBLA, and now the first batch has arrived. By downloading the Capcom Arcade Cabinet, players receive Black Tiger for free, a side-scrolling action game starring a loinclothed barbarian. The other games include vertical-scrolling shooter 1943: The Battle of Midway and top-down brawler Avengers.

You can score the first game pack including 1943 and Avengers for 400 MS points or $4.99 on PSN. The rest of the games coming to the Capcom Arcade Cabinet will be available individually for 320 MS points or $4.99, or in packs of three for 800 MS points or $9.99. All the games will be available for download by May 21, when players will be able to download them all in a bundle for 2000 MS points or $29.99.

The next batch of downloadable classics hits March 5, including Ghosts 'n' Goblins, Section Z, and Gun.Smoke. Other upcoming titles include Trojan and Legendary Wings. Check out the full release schedule here.
