The lights are on
Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs, the sequel to the terrifying PC game Amnesia: The Dark Descent, has been pushed back a little further into 2013.
The game was originally planned to to launch in October last year, but the developer has revealed on its blog that the scope of the game has expanded dramatically beyond its original vision, meaning more work needs to be done. What started as a small experiment, is now a full-fledged sequel to Amnesia, according to Frictional Games.

cool can't wait
Hopefully "expanding beyond the original version" means making it even scarier than the first.
The Dark Descent is the most terrifying game of this generation, so I can't wait to see if A Machine For Pigs can top it (I hope it can blow it out of the water.)
At least this means it'll have more time to be twice as epic.
Like I always say with delays, better to delay it to make sure it's good than to release it early with problems.
I dont care that gives them more time to make it better. I can wait to be scared out of my mind lol :)
Not much of a PC gamer, will this come to consoles or any of the shops?
Fine by me. I want them to make sure it's as good as it can be, and I'm in no rush to play it knowing how terrifying it will be. I was so relieved when I finally beat the first one...
The first game was great. Can't wait for the sequel.
Let the pigs rejoice, for they have more time to scare the eyeballs out of my skull.
NoooooooooooooooooooooooooooOk. That's fine. Rather they take their time than rush more content.
I don't mind the delay if it means getting a better game in the end.
Ah, nice that the pigs finally get a machine to themselves. Way to not discriminate Frictional Games! For the pigs!
Squeal piggy!
