The lights are on
Super Meat Boy creator, Edmund McMillen, is releasing a retail version of his game compilation, The Basement Collection. It's coming on March 8, along with the documentary, Indie Game: The Movie, which recounts the production of Super Meat Boy and its journey to Xbox Live Arcade.
The Basement Collection includes the games Aether, Time ***, Spewer, Meat Boy, Grey Matter, Triachnid and Coil on DRM-free discs for PC, Mac and Linux. A Steam code is also provided as well as a 36-page booklet of “The Box” art, entire soundtracks for each of the Basement Collection games, and a Time *** sticker.
The bundle is $19.99, but you can check out the Merge Games' website to find out about their special preorder offers.
I have both the Collection and IG:TM, but this is an awesome deal!
I recommend it to everyone!
Nice! I've been waiting for a bundled copy. :D
Or I could get it for $3 on Humble Indie Bundle
Oh wait I already did. :D
I wish I could get it!!
Damn, I just bought the movie by itself for $30! If only this bundle could have come sooner.
Loved indie game the movie, which I've watch 5 times on Netflix . Watch now
Yes! I can't wait
Lies, this is 19.99 GBP, or like 30 American dollars! Well, at least it's going to a good cause.
Indie game the movie could have gone with a lot less of the guy from Fez whining the entire time. MEH!
