The lights are on
The console release of Angry Birds has been a success, according to reps from Activision and the series' creator, Rovio. The game's publisher says Angry Birds Trilogy has sold more than one million units worldwide, and that the game will be coming to the Wii and Wii U sometime in 2013.
"It was certainly satisfying to see Angry Birds gameplay adapt so well to other platforms in 2012,” said Petri Järvilehto, executive vice president of games at Rovio. “The features specific to the Wii U are very intriguing to us, so we’re excited to release this version to fans.”
One million units shouldn't be dismissed, even if the mobile game was downloaded more than 8 million times on Christmas day alone. It seems as though the PS3, 3DS, and Xbox 360's increased price points couldn't keep fans away.

Its still not worth it IMO, why spend $50 for games you can get on your phone for $1?

These birds just won't go away :P
It invades another system.
Yay, more Angry Birds.

Am I the only person surprised that Trilogy sold that well? Even if you don't have a touchscreen to play, you can still get it free on a PC. REALLY? Well, maybe the 3DS version, because it's portable and has a touchscreen, but really?
