The lights are on
It's been a bad week for Gearbox and Sega. Aliens: Colonial Marines immediately became a laughingstock when it released on Tuesday, with critics and gamers alike reaming the title for its obvious quality issues. From the looks of Gearbox's message board, one of those issues may involve deleted game saves on Xbox 360.
Apparently, this bug is triggered when the Xbox 360's cache is cleared. Several players loaded up the game after doing this, only to find that their game saves were nowhere to be found. Others are claiming that the same happened to them without any cache activity.
Are any of you 360 players experiencing said issue? To add to that question...why the hell are you playing Aliens: Colonial Marines?

Good thing I didn't buy this game.
Just watching gameplay of it makes me eyes bleed.
So.... can this game get any worse?
Wow...the hole just keeps gettin' deeper and deeper.
This game just can't catch a break.
This is seriously embarassing for Gearbox. Borderlands 2 was great, but to turn around and make an absolutely terrible game, worse than even its own demo, is plain unacceptable. I've lost a lot of respect for them, especially if the rumors are true and they outsourced it.
I'm playing it because I love the Aliens franchise, ***.
Nice false advertisement GearBox
Yeah, Dan. Why so haterous?
I'm an open minded individual whose mind is open to trying new things that are almost universally considered terrible.
Everybody told me, "Meth is bad for you", so you know what? I'm now addicted to meth, that's what! It's not so bad. Dentures exist for a reason! I bet if more people opened their minds to the possibility that maybe meth isn't so bad, meth wouldn't be as bad as people claim.
And the next thing I'm going to do is try A:CM for myself!
They announced this game how many years ago. With all that time to work on it why is it a pile of *** I was really looking forward to this game but after seeing all the reviews and gameplay videos I cancelled my pre order.
If you bought it, you are a class A sucker.
Surprised? You shouldn't be.
well look i understand that gearbox didnt have the say so for the rest of the game but ill give them one more chance and see if the wii u version will turn out better the then the other versions and hoping they have ever bug and issues fixed before it releases on the wii u.
"Why the hell are you playing Aliens: Colonial Marines?" Why do houses have more than one bathroom, Dan?
