The lights are on
The latest issue of Famitsu has the bug-blasting gonzo action game coming to Japanese gamers in June. Translating "Look! Bugs!" and "Shoot them!" into English can't take that long, so hopefully we'll get it here sooner than later.
Also of note are the bees that feature prominently in Famitsu's screenshots. Those bad boys obviously mean business. They also mean that there's no way I'll be playing this game. (Spiders, yes. Roaches, no problem. Bees...no. Just no.)
Will you be defending Earth's right to not be covered in bees whenever EDF 2025 hits American shores?

I don't want Japan's release date, I don't live in Japan. I can't wait! EDF! EDF! EDF!
This game can't come fast enough!!
SOOOO looking forward to this!

Yessssssss. Can't wait! Gotta localize fast!
Let the cult classic get better and better.
You're afraid of... bees? Why? They're friendly, they're fuzzy, they just buzz around and look for honey, or whatever.
If anything, I'd think you'd be afraid of wasps or yellow-jackets since they're really territorial and sting and just look mean in general. Though, if you can handle spiders and roaches, I can't see why they'd be an issue, either.
If only bugs where that big irl.
Yeah I might wait for the reviews on this one
Actually, these appear to be Wasps, not bees.. but bad all the same
EDF! EDF! EDF!!
Can't wait to drop the proverbial boot on some giant bugs!
