It isn't a Pokédex, but a new Pokémon TV app will let you watch episodes of the animated series on the go. This morning, the Pokémon Company announced the app, which is available on iOS, with an Android version to follow soon.

The app will pull content from the show's 15 seasons, which include more than 700 episodes, as well as feature-length films. It launches with 50 episodes, and users will be able to watch the feature-length animated film Pokémon the Movie: Kyurem vs. The Sword of Justice from February 15 through February 18.

I'm a diehard Pokemon fan so I will pick this up. Does the anime need help? Yeah the show needs alotta help. Pokemon movies and games are always good though. My favorite game of all time is Pokemon Platinum. Pokemon Black 2 was a stunning game and Pokemon X and Y are gonna be awesome!! :D

Oh man I hope it's free! I still haven't seen Pokémon the Movie: Kyurem vs. The Sword of Justice. I would also love to watch season 1.

So does that mean that certain content stays on there fora period of time, and then gets removed and new content is put on? Or am I misinterpreting that?

This is a pretty sweet app. I downloaded it for my iPod Touch, and i'm enjoying watching some Pokemon TV episodes. It's even better because I can stream these episodes to my Apple TV and watch them on my big-screen TV! :D
