There's A Media Molecule Mystery Afoot

If you look at the games section of LittleBigPlanet developer Media Molecule's website, you will see a list of the games the developer has worked on and is currently working on. On that list, is a question mark.

When you click that question mark, all that is shown is an embedded music video from the band Toyah and its 1981 hit (I have no idea if it was actually a hit, don't quote me) song "It's A Mystery". The list is ordered by release, and the question mark actually shows up before Media Molecule's upcoming announced title Tearaway (seen above). Is this an unannounced game set to release before Tearaway? Or is the order of the list of no consequence, and it's just there to say, "Hey! We're working on more that just Tearaway. And also we love the band Toyah."

  • Yeah, but LBP 2 is listed before LBP 1. So I don't think it is in chronological order.
  • "There's evil afoot!" Kudos to anyone who gets that reference. But about that "?", I bet it's a new IP for the Orbis.
  • Maybe they dont know yet

  • Weird. I like the song. It's super 80s and it sounds like it would be right at home in a Mm game.
  • An odd way to advertise, but I kind of like it :)

  • What if the game's name turned out to be "?"? That would be awesome.
