The lights are on
Fox is looking to reboot the Hitman movie franchise, this time with Paul Walker, best known for his work in the The Fast and the Furious films. The film will be titled Agent 47.
With Timothy Olyphant, who played Agent 47, busy starring in one of the best television shows currently on the air, Justified, Walker has been tapped shave his dome and put on a black suit. According to Deadline.com, the film's script was written by Skip Woods and Michael Finch, who worked together on A Good Day to Die Hard.
It will be directed by Aleksander Bach, who has no previous film experience, but has won advertising industry awards for directing television spots for Mercedes Benz and the International Red Cross. The film will be distributed by 20th Century Fox. The executive producer on the project is Daniel Alter who produced the original Hitman film and is also reportedly involved in the film adaptation of Kane & Lynch.
