The lights are on
Artist David Keen has created a piece of art that gives the world of Plants vs Zombies a slightly terrifying realistic spin.
You can check out more of Keen's art at his blog, which includes the progression of the piece seen here.

LOL at the football player zombie. . . he's a bit contradictory to himself
What! There's no sunflower. I mean, I dont want zombies on our lawn.
Pretty cool, besides the lack of realistic weaponized plants. Speaking of which, what ever happened to PvZ 2? All EA did was acknowledge it's existence and not release a single detail. I thought the original announcement said it was supposed to come out in the spring too. Hmm...
Would be nice to see more illustrations of monster plants! Speaking of which, more games should incorporate interactions with plants and fantasy monster plants. Would be nice to get away from harvesting a vast amount of flora and fauna for material and instead slay the giant plant monsters!
I thought there would be a bit more content on his blog page. Not so much.
Needs more Tallnuts.
Okay, Okay, I'll eat my vegetables. Just keep them away from my house.
So he draws three types of zombies but only one type of plant?
I wanted to see more plants!
Neat. I always loved artists who create a unique take of hit games.
Woah. Great work.
This makes me want a Left 4 Dead and Zelda mash-up so we can have the zombies go up against Deku Babas.
hehe that's creative
That is awesome!
