League Of Legends' New Patch Is Live

The latest update to Riot Games' hit game is now available, and signals a new season of competition in League of Legends.

The Season 3 patch adds a brand new league system for ranked play, as well as various balance tweaks and bug fixes. You can see the whole list of changes at Riot Games' site.

This is great and all, but since when does GI have articles about patches? Lots of online games have patches all the time, and many huge patches go unnoticed. Not that I mind GI reporting patches, it is gaming news, I just didn't know that they did them.

I've actually been playing this a great deal lately.

I actually thought about getting into League of Legends...

...until I played Smite. If you haven't tried it yet I highly recommend you do.
