Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 Plus Slashing Its Way To Stores With New Content
Ryu Hyabusa may be a ninja, but he sure does like to make multiple appearances in the spotlight. Shoddy ninja skill aside, developer Team Ninja released a plethora of details for Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 Plus, showing off much of what’s in store in a new trailer.
A new Ninja Race mode tasks players with speeding along a course filled with enemies. Tag missions allow for switching between team members to complete new challenges; and to round out the package are new weapons like Emma’s Fang, a crowd-clearing sword proving that power is sometimes better than speed.
Pre-ordering at GameStop will net players costumes for Ayane, Rachel, and Momiji.
Sigma 2 Plus will release on February 26 for $39.99. Watch the new trailer below for a peek of the new modes and weapons.
