Hitman Trilogy HD Launch Trailer

The Hitman Trilogy HD collection gathers the three previous Hitman games (and ignores the first in the series for some unexplained reason) and it releases tomorrow.

You will be able to play HD versions of Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, Hitman: Contracts, and Hitman: Blood Money. Blood Money released for the last generation of consoles, but it also released for the Xbox 360. It's unclear if this is a remastered version of the last generation version of Blood Money, or if the Xbox 360 version of the game is just bundled with HD remakes of Silent Assassin and Contracts.

Check out the trailer for the trilogy below, which releases for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 tomorrow.

Comments
  • I've never played the Hitman games, but this has definitely peaked my interest in them. Any recommendations or comments?
  • Blood Money had terrible flow. I never really enjoyed it because you fail the mission without even comprehending what's going on. I wouldn't recommend buying this.
  • Time to play the "A New Life" level in Blood Money for the hundredth time!
  • I've only played Absolution, so I might pick this up.
  • metal gear solid HD missing #1. Now hitman HD
  • The reason the first game wasn't remade is because it partially already has been, Contracts was half remade missions from the original game and half new, part of the story was 47 remembering his past work and how they relate to what was currently happening.
  • It should be mandatory for a great game series to have an HD collection at least 5 years after it's end.
  • Contracts retells the major points of the Codename 47 story already. The only thing that's missing are the jungle missions. And if you really want to replay those, you MAY be a crazy person.
  • maybe its because i haven't played them in so long but i dont see the "stunning HD"

  • Why do I want to pick up the HD copy? I already got all of the Hitman games for PC from pre-ordering Absolution through GameStop. Don't need to by them again so that Square Enix can make some money. Not our fault that they lost their touch making JRPGs. Crack the whip and make those game makers think harder or they disgrace their honor.
  • Was just playing Blood Money on my 360 earlier today. It's a great game.
  • I am an absolute fan of the Hitman series. Having played and loved all of them, I cannot recommend this HD collection enough to those of you who have never played them. They are brilliant games, and while this collection does miss out Codename 47 (Hitman 1) this is still worth it!

And to the guy a few comments above having a go at Blood Money. You don't know what you're talking about. Blood Money is amazing.
  • Out of all the villains in the series, that big fat guy at the nightclub (Meat King's Party) is probably the most memorable for me. It's so satisfying to kill him.
  • These are great games, but I don't see a difference in Blood Money, although the two older games definitely look better.

  • I can't wait! 3 games for $40. That's a dang good deal!

  • Sweeet!
  • This is awesome.

  • 'Nother day, another HD collection. The sniper challenge was quite nice of them to include. Like MGS, wonder if all these collections will include their 1st games sometime.
