The lights are on
In the latest update about the upcoming Mew-Genics, straight from Super Meat Boy developer Team Meat, we learn that the game will allow players to receive mail, and some questionable facts about cats.
Mail in Mew-Genics will keep you up to date about what's going on with your friends and enemies, and allow you to take part in events like cat fights. Team Meat also said in their blog that a group of kittens is called a potato mob. I'm guessing they known what they're talking about, so I choose not to question them.

this games going to be fun. I'm excited to see how this games turns out after how fun super meat boy was.

Team Meat is pretty cool, and watching them make Super Meat Boy in Indie Game the Movie was awesome. I'll be buying this but I wish we could get more than just this slow drip of information.
On the right hand side there's a card with a heart between a man and an anthropomorphic pile of poo. Just thought you'd like to know.
Whenever I read articles about this game the Meow Mix song rings in the back of my head.
From all this I assume Mewgenics will be Pokemon but with all cats, and somehow will be much better, but don't quote me on that.
