  • Aww, that's sad. I hope he enjoyed his life, and had no regrets. R.I.P.
  • RIP. and he also scared the *** out of me when i played heavy rain lol

  • Wow man that sucks :(

  • Sad Day. Thoughts for the family.
  • The Heavy Rain soundtrack was brilliant. sh!t, Heavy Rain was just brilliant in general.
  • It always sucks nutts to hear about a dude as talented as that passing away, especially when they've made such a chilling contributions to the Gaming business. What's worse is that the Music of games is one of the few footholds we have in our fight against those retards who ask questions like, "Are games bad for you", or, "Are games art?" and all that other crap. Games entertain, Music inspires, put the two together with a brain numbing story Like Heavy Rain, and I can honestly say that Normand Corbeil has left a legacy worth fighting for.

  • R.I.P.

  • The heavy rain music only makes this news sadder.

He was a really good composer who made scores that will be hard to forget.

  • It's sad, I'm playing through Heavy Rain right now. RIP I'll see you in Heaven.

  • That's quite sad to hear.

  • Heavy Rain has one of the best soundtracks that I've ever heard in a game. Rest in peace.

  • F****** cancer.
  • May his soul rest in peace and hopefully he got some work done for heavy rain 2.

LET HIS MUSIC LIVE ON *buys soundtrack*

  • My condolences to the family, his contributions to that game helped to craft it into the amazing experience it was.

  • RIP. Heavy Rain had some great music, and it sucks to hear that the genius behind it won't be releasing any more music to grace our ears. Since this is the same composer for Beyond: Two Souls, I hope he was able to finish his work so it can be featured in the game. If not, then that really sucks.
  • My deepest condolences to the family of Corbeil, it is always tragic to lose a loved one. His compositions in Heavy Rain were fantastic, so it is shame to lose a highly esteemed composer such as Corbeil.
  • I really wanna play Heavy Rain again now... I forgot how amazing the music was. Thanks for helping bring one heck of a ride for us, Normand!
  • That music is not actually from the game, or composed by him. It is only music from one of the Heavy Rain trailers. Here is some actual music from him:
