Auction Prices Rolling In For THQ Properties

With the demise of THQ now official, we're starting to learn more about who paid what for each of the publisher's franchises and developers.

Here are the numbers being reported from Distressed Debt Investing, who is overseeing the THQ auction:

  • Homefront: $500,000 (Crytek)
  • Metro: $5.8 million (Koch Media)
  • South Park: $3.2 million (Ubisoft)
  • Relic: $26.6 million (Sega)
  • THQ Montreal: $2.5 million (Ubisoft)
  • Evolve: $11 million (Take Two)
  • Volition: $22.3 million (Koch Media)

Here's what the runner-up bids were for these properties and studios:

  • Homefront: No runner-up
  • Metro: $5.175 million (Ubisoft)
  • South Park: No runner-up
  • Relic: $26.3 million (Zenimax Media)
  • THQ Montreal: No runner-up
  • Evolve: $250,000 (Turtle Rock Studios)
  • Volition: $5.4 million (Ubisoft)
