The lights are on
The All Pakistan CD, DVD, Audio Cassette Traders and Manufacturers Association (or APCDACTAMA for fans of awful acronyms) has banned one of last year's most popular shooters. They also banned Medal of Honor: Warfighter.
It seems that APCDACTAMACABADA isn't fond of games that make Pakistan look bad.
"The problem is that there are things that are against Pakistan and they have included criticism of our army," said Saleem Memon, president of BANANARAMA. "They show the country in a very poor light."
In a statement directed to Fox News, the association continued. "These [games] have been developed against the country's national unity and sanctity. [They] have been developed against Pakistan, and the Association has completely banned their sale. Shopkeepers are warned and will be responsible for the consequences if found purchasing or selling these games."
Consequences for selling these two games may include jail time, community service, or having to play Medal of Honor: Warfighter.

This article is probably the funniest I've read on GameInformer.
how can i join this APCDACTAMACABADA and BANANARAMA they sound like great organization's
Pakistan didn't need any help from these games to look bad.
Who else is dying to play a video game called BANANARAMA? Anyone?
... Their loss, I suppose.
Of course, I feel mostly bad for the citizens of Pakistan who are being oppressed by the tyranny of BANANARAMA.
Well done Dan, you have made me laugh.
I don't think it is possible for someone with the title of 'President of BANANARAMA' to be wrong, so I'm going to side with him on this one.
Haha having to play MoH :)
I lol'd so damn hard at the fun they made of the long acronym (first it's APCDACTAMA, then APCDACTAMACABADA, then BANANARAMA), oh I love humourous writers <3
MoH warfighter lol
Well, when you're a country that harbored the world's most dangerous terrorist, then yeah, your bound to be shed in a negative light.
Looks like Amazon sales in Pakistan just went up..
