The lights are on
Last year, Too Human developer Silicon Knights was ordered to destroy all game code created using the Unreal Engine, which includes games both released and unreleased by the developer. The process has begun with Too Human's disappearance from the Xbox Live Marketplace.
To refresh, Silicon Knights sued Epic Games in 2007, claiming that it was holding back on its resources when it came to supporting Unreal Engine 3. Silicon Knights licensed the Unreal Engine to make Too Human and other games, and felt that Epic was, in laymans terms, saving the good stuff for Gears of War. After five years of deliberation, the court ruled in favor of Epic Games.
Too Human was available on-demand, but now it has disappeared along with all its related downloads, including gamer pictures, themes, and demos. The product page still exists, but there's nothing there. It's a just a shell of its former being.

From what I hear the game was pretty awful, so i doubt this will upset many people.
Hope it turns into a rare oddity so I can pawn my copy for a decent get someday... yeah, thas totally gonna happen.
I liked it BTW. Far from perfect but an enjoyable early-gen romp.
Too Human?? That sounds like a weird name to me.
And somehow I bet a lot of people wouldn't have noticed. Surprised to see that Silicon is finally going through the motions, though. Maybe they'll finally learn...
Never bit the hand that feeds you it will end you
The game started off well enough. Cool intro scene and all that. Then I got to the actual gameplay...
Such a shame. Silicon Knights made one of my all time favorite games in Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain. It's sad that they went from that to this.
this would be tragic if it weren't so damn funny
Not simply human ,.. TOO Human
It was the best game ever made about cybernetic Norse mythology. RIP Too Human...
It is a good game. I still play it every now and then.
Shoot, after making that crappy X-Men game, Silicon Knights just can't catch a break, huh?
That sucks, i leveled all the classes to the max and was really hoping for the rest of the trilogy. At least the court can't order me to give back the copy that i own... Nazis.
This affects me in no way at all whatsoever.
Well, seeing as how Gears is a stellar franchise and Too Human sucked anyway, I'm with Epic on this one.
so should i burn my copy of the game so epic doesnt send cliff bleszinski to hunt me thats why he left so he could become a enforcer for epic
Anyone I know personally who played it, loved it. I loved it. A few of my friends who love Diablo say it's a very similar, loot-driven game. I don't get why people hate it, and always wished for a sequel. Doesn't look like it's going to happen.
I actually kind of liked this game. Its sad to see that its being taken down. :( Maybe it is for the best though.
I wasnt a huge fan of the controls but i loved the story and i really want to see this story get continued
