The lights are on
Paradox Interactive is celebrating the two-year anniversary of Magicka's release with some free DLC and a free-to-play weekend.
The DLC is called Free Jolnir's Workshop, and tasks players with taking back the titular location from goblins, which include new Goblin Snow Trooper and Autonomous Cannon enemy types. The game will also be free to download and play this weekend, so if you've put off trying the game for the past two years, now's your chance.
Paradox Interactive also announced that Magicka has hold a total of 1.8 million copies since launch, and that it plans to continue supporting the game. You can read our review for the game here.

I love this game! It's so funny, glad to see they are keeping it up. Can't wait to see what they are up to next.
I thought at one point they were going to port this game to XBLA. Perhaps I am mistaken but if that was in fact true what happened to it?
