Mike Pondsmith, creator of the Cyberpunk 2020 pen-and-paper RPG and co-creator of CD Projekt RED's forthcoming Cyberpunk 2077 video game, says that you will be "looking at the same mucky, nasty Night City that you were in before, just a lot bigger and probably a lot more dangerous. 2077 is about the Cyberpunk you thought you knew, scaled up: bigger, badder, stranger."

In this video, Pondsmith explores the origins of the Cyberpunk universe and his partnership with CD Projekt RED. Check out the teaser video for a better look at the tone CD Projekt RED is shooting for.

This and Dragon Age Inquisition should be a great start for RPGs in the next generation.

This is quickly becoming my most or second most anticipated 2013 game (provided it comes out in 2013). This and Last of Us will dominate this year for me.

No matter how much I praise CD Project RED in words, it wont be enough. They are what every single developer should strive to be. The amount of quality in their games in addition to creating pieces of art that are not made for the mainstream audience is nothing short of amazing. I will always support them because they will always support their fans with post game DLC or sequels that are worthy. They remind of the Bioware of old.

This is currently my most anticipated RPG game that will come out in the next couple of years. The only other one is DA3, and let's be honest, after DA2 you have to lower your expectations quite a bit.

Whoever made that video was trying way too hard to make it look artsy and cool. It was kind of distracting me from what the guy was talking about. Regardless, I'm looking forward to the game and might have to give the pen-and-paper one a go.

The trailer is pretty cool, but I'm not excited about this game yet. I haven't played the pen and paper, and I haven't heard a lot about the game beyond the trailer. I'll need to see more before I get pumped.

The game sounds amazing and with the rumors of CD Projeckt RED trying to achieve the graphics used in the teaser just gets me more pumped. Too bad we wont see it until 2015.
