The lights are on
The CEO of Asura's Wrath developer CyberConnect 2 reveals that the company will be working on three new IPs in 2013.
CyberConnect2 posted a New Year's message on its YouTube account, in which CEO Hiroshi Matsuyama announces that the studio is working on three original projects. This is in addition to Naruto Shippuuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure All-Star Battle, and a smartphone game tentatively named Night Runner.
Matsuyama didn't reveal any specifics about the new original projects, or whether an Asura's Wrath sequel is in the works. However, it sounds like CyberConnect2 has a busy year ahead of itself, which is good news for fans of quirky Japanese games.

I wonder if they're making another quick-time simulator.
CC games are also visually impressive, but come up short on the gameplay front.

I would LOVE an Asura's Wrath sequel.
Yay new kinds of games! As much as I love tried and true current blockbuster series like Assassin's Creed, Borderlands, and Mass Effect, I liked Dishonored and hope to see more developers making new stories and trying new mechanics.
