The lights are on
It might not be real, but the price on eBay certainly makes it seem like it could be.
Apparently, when Mark Hamill's hand was getting cast in plaster for the famous scene where, spoiler alert, Darth Vader cuts off his hand, they accidentally made a mold of Hamill's left hand, when it should have been his right. Supposedly this is the unused plaster mold of his left hand that was never used. This is all according to the eBay description, and could of course be a total fabrication, but if it's not it's a cool, albeit expensive, piece of cinema history. It can be yours today for only $8,500.

That picture just screams "I'm meeeeeeeelllllltttiiiiiing!"
Think of the many useful home applications... remote keeper, pasta measuring, t.p. caddy, cat toy, back scratcher, Adams Family costume contest, I'm on the way to BID cause life would be incomplete without Mark Hamills left hand.
I've never heard about such a mold, but it seems plausible. More plausible than me finding eight thousand bucks behind the couch anyway:P
Not the best severed hand I've seen.
Too bad anyone could have made one.
no thanks...
That'd be nice to have for like $50 maybe. I'd rather get a new car
Yeah! That price is totally worth a piece of plastic!
I wish I had $8,500 to spend on whatever I wanted.
Ohhh ok it was his left hand here. Because I could swear I've seen the real copy of the right hand in a museum exhibit for movie props.
