The lights are on
Telltale is currently riding high on the success of its Walking Dead series, but that's not the only hot property that the company would like to work on. That list includes franchises like Halo, Half-Life, and Star Wars.
While speaking with Red Bull UK (of all places), Telltale CEO and co-founder Dan Connors talked about the companies sources of inspiration. "I think the games that we talked about the most during development were Heavy Rain and Uncharted from a cinematic standpoint, and Mass Effect from a choice standpoint.
“For other media we always look at the best episodic series out there - obviously the Walking Dead TV show, but also Game of Thrones and Mad Men, for the way they handle characters and are able to present them with so much depth.”
Telltale is currently working on season 2 of The Walking Dead, but that's not the only game the company would like to work on in the future. According to Connors, "We always felt we could do a great Star Wars story game. We also love the idea of building out a deeper story to a great game franchise, something like Half Life Stories or Halo Stories.”
What franchises would you love to see Telltale tackle next?

Yes please!
GIVE THEM ALL THREE.
Idk about Telltale working on Halo. Star Wars could work, though.
I'd love a star wars story driven game!
That would be awesome if they could make games that expand on the lore of existing franchises. I'd personally love to see them cover Left 4 Dead (similar to Walking Dead I know, but they could make it different), Splinter Cell, Uncharted, or like they said Halo.
I would love a quirky Star Wars game in the vein of Strong Bad and Back to the Future, not Jar Jar quirky but more like the adventures of young Han Solo and Chewie.
I would play it.
Back to the Future Season 2? Regardless, I'd play a Star Wars series made by them.
Game of Thrones ... telltale... hm nope
not a bad idea
