Sadly the best Jurassic Park game might be a mod to a nearly nine-year-old game. Half-Life finds a way in this new Jurassic Park mod for Half-Life 2.

A group of devoted fans recently released this trailer for a Jurassic Park mod of Half-Life 2. The trailer looks amazing, and it makes us wonder why no one has done a big budget Jurassic Park game in a while. Learn more about the mod here.

It looks like they're pushing the Source engine. It looks really nice, I hope they release a full version soon.

Ubisoft should make a Jurassic park inspired DLC for Far Cry 3,considering how great they made the wildlife in the main game,adding dinosaurs and a new island would be pure awesomeness :D

They should do a Jurassic Park DLC for Far Cry 3. Kind of like the Undead Nightmare DLC for Red Dead, but dinosaurs.

There is an extremely old version of the visitor center map available for Garry's Mod if you dig around. This mod, in some form, has been in the works for quite a long time.

This looks amazing, and I can't wait to play it.

You know, whenever I see anything about a Jurrasic Park game/mod I always wonder why there hasn't been a proper "open world" style FPS Jurrasic Park game made. It has the perfect environment and story for it... and with such a big franchise name would certainly be a hit. Kinda just makes you scratch your head. I guess whoever has the JP licence doesn't like money.
