The lights are on
There are three ways to play the Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance demo: buy a copy of the Zone of Enders HD Collection, live in Japan, or wait one month.
The Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance demo is out now in Japan, but it is region locked, which means you can download it with a faux Japanese account, but you won't be able to play it in North America. Konami is promising that the demo will be available in January for North American Xbox 360s and PlayStation 3s.
In the meantime, you can live vicariously through us because we recently featured the demo in an episode of Test Chamber. Check it out below.

Bought ZOE HD, because I love those games. Wasn't impressed with Metal Gear Rising. Other games have done the genre better. It doesn't really bring anything new to the table. Based on what I played of the demo. Final game might be better.
I've already played it since I got the Zone of the Enders HD. It was decent overall, although I'm not a fan of the blocking system.
Can't wait to try it. Looks like fun.
Gonna have to wait 1 month I guess. . . Still seems impressive.
Awesome. I feel like it's sure to be either great, like MGS/Bayonetta, or mediocre at best... Here's to hoping it's the former rather than the latter option...
Raiden reminds me of the Doc from Back To The Future.
I can't wait till the demo comes out over here!
Played dmc demo and loved it. Lets see how this one will turn out.
Lol, "with this body I can take these guys with no eyes."
Why region lock a download? Sometimes Konami can be as ridiculous as EA & Capcom.
