The Last of Us debuted at Spike TV's Video Game Award show last year, and was once again in attendance with new footage tonight.

The new footage showed vast wilderness, horse riding, several new human characters, an amazing golf club to the face sequence, grenade usage, and an uncomfortable look at one of the infected enemies. The footage ended with the date: May 7, 2013. That day can't come soon enough.

If I don't get it day one, I'll be quite sad but I hopefully get it for my birthday the week or so after release. Even though I never thought it would be, it's nice to know that it won't be in the fall.

The trailer exposed a lot more of what the game has to offer, it looked amazing. Knowing Naughty Dog, this will be their best game yet.

Hopefully I get this as a graduation gift. Also, that LoS 2 gameplay looked great and I do not care what anyone says, NO ONE saw Darks Souls 2 coming.
