Return To San Andreas This Week On PSN

If you're itching to return to Los Santos, you won't have to wait until the upcoming release of Grand Theft Auto V. According the Playstation Blog, San Andreas will become available this week as a PS2 classic.

We're big fans of the final PS2 GTA title, and we had a lot of fun revisiting it for a recent episode of Replay. Sony hasn't announced a price or specific date for the PSN version, but we're betting it's in the very near future.

Its coming out tomorrow according to IGN. Vita support would be great, but there's no telling with Sony *sigh*.

wish they would put out an hd version of the ps2 version. the pc and xbox version had wash-out looking colors that made the world feel flat. but at the same time those versions had shorter load times entering building and greater draw distance.

Ehh, not interested unless it's playable on the Vita. I have far too many console games on backlog as it is already, but if this was on my new portable it'd definitely get some playtime.

they would sell a lot of vitas if this was playable on it...or for the same price they could just buy a ps3 lol. seriously tho i hope it does come out to vita as well..loving all-stars on vita play it more than on ps3 lol

As an Xbox player, this why Microsoft sucks. All they care to do is focus on the "Next Generation", 'tis why they got rid of Original Xbox so quickly, and with 360's ever so *** "backward compatibility" which with every passing day, MS finds a way to disregard what put them on map as a competitor in console gaming. MGS, Uncharted, Last of Us and some many others is why I'd love to get a PS3.
